Default squeaky brakes

noob question. took it to les schwab they said everything looked alright. granyed i just changed my brakes about 7 months ago. still cant figure out what is causing the squeaking. at first it started while my foot was on the brakes or while cold outside. now even while driving i can hear squeaking. veri frustrating. any help/ideas?

Well, which brakes are squeaking? Fronts or rears?
Do any of your wheels feel hot after a decent drive?

Maybe it's just brake dust that needs to be cleaned out. Also they make rubbing compounds that are supposed to help reduce brake noise. I know how you feel because my front brakes are also very noisy. Last time I was at the car wash I sprayed them off a little bit through the rims with the pressure washer and that seemed to help a little bit, probably just brake dust and dirt.

I have the same problem, my front left brake squeaks like crazy. What do the anti rattle clips do? And some times the brake doesn't squeak, and sometimes I can feel what I would think is a grinding feeling in the brake, bit sometimes I don't. Is my brake possessed?
