I noticed on a long trip yesterday in 50 degree weather that my temp gauge is exactly where it was this summer in 90 degree weather. 205 degrees.

mine is also at 205-210 when is colder. thats normal because of t-stat regulating the temp. if it were any cooler it would run rich & use more fuel than it already does.

As for the temp, my 91 does the same. Just the t-stat doing its thing.

So if it were to run 195F (factory temp t-stat), it'll run rich & use more fuel? What does the O2 sensor do? Control rich/lean?
