hi i am am going to upgrade my speakers and i was wondering what size are in the front door and what size are in the rear hatch door. i have a 1990. thanks

5.25" in all. Some say you can squeeze the 6" in with a tad bit of trimming. Personally I wish I would have gone witht the 6".

anybody thought of putting marine speakers in there trail rig?

If you want any bass in your system stay away from the 5.25 pioneers from wally world. I wont make that mistake again.

Pioneer makes a good speaker. Just don't get the built-for-WM specials.

If you don't pay much, you don't get much.

I just put in 4 Boss speakers on Monday. They are not great but a ton better than the factory paper ones and they were less than $50 for all four including shipping. Sound great until it gets really loud then they distort pretty bad- I don't plan on blowing out my ears so not a problem.
Front were 5.25" and I put 6.5" in the rear sound bar. They fit with about 5 minutes with the dremmel.
