That's too bad... I guess if I had a snap on saw I would have waited to get my tank out?... That's just me though. Nice job all the same... Now you can put your trim pieces back on!

its no big deal this is no show jeep it is scratched to hell from going through some bushes and trees where we wheel so i don't worry to much about the paint any more i will most likley be getting it rino lined on the out side next year any way so i wont have to worry about any thing but hosing it off

thanks it nets me about 6 inches of travel before they contact that is just about perfect for my uses

ha ha i have been out for a while now this stuff has been sitting untill i got around to it. now i just need to finish the CB and get a antenna and mount. i am still stealing your idea for the mount

oh and i will be trying to finish the cb in the next few days i need the antenna i think i am going to get the fire stick or what ever it is called and mount it off the back driver rear tail light

I wouldn't give my cup holder up for that! We 4 wheel in areas on private property where a Man can enjoy an Adult beverage while 4 wheeling! What about an overhead mount? Easier to see the controls and hear it? How about an uner the dash mount? This is an Australian Jeep (RH) steering.
