just got some parts in for the xj will be putting them on soon here are some pics they are some adjustable rear bump stops some vents and my new CB

Allright! Get 'em on, we want to see some pics. You going to leave those hood vents black or paint them to match your hood?

i have an extra center console to mess with to so i might try to get the CB into the console some how just have to get it out from the shed the take some measurements from

I am almost done getting the cb mounted it pretty rough but almost done I will post a cell phone pic in a little while

That cobra CB would definitely match it... Hope everything goes well...

here is a rough shot of the cb mounted i think i am going to go around it with some of that foam tape to help with the gaps but if it does not look ok to me no big deal this was the console in the worse shape any way

That is a different place to mount a cb looks good what is the silver bracket in your last pic of the original post

They are the dpg adjustable rear bump stops they replace the u bolt plates and give you a landing pad for the rear bump stops

Yeah thanks I finnaly decided to stop being a chicken and do it. I am still nervous though about cutting the hood

thanks it would be nice to have some body to split the cost with. and i just try to do things how i want them done and do most of it i can by myself and only let pro do what i can not this way i know if some thing breaks i can fix it and not have to take it to some body to do
