well when i get my heep build moving foward again i am building a snorkle for mine completely out of pvc and this includes the airfilter which i actully have to sit on top. but it wrks ive got it all put together i just have to get all my engine componets done so i can put my air on. i will post pic of what ive got so far if you wanted to see them.

The pvc is a good idea. If you want I think you can buy the safari snorkel top so that you don't have some big goofy looking filter. Just an idea.
