what year is it? as stated check the rubber gaskets on the firewall where major parts come through, ive had leaks on my 89 at the fuse block[driver side] and the blower motor[pass side] but i think you issue may be weather stripping as i had a similar issue, very hard to track down.

check the weather stripping where the 2 ends butt together, they tend to butt together along the bottom of the door around the middle and it leaks in between that crack, under the interior trim plastic and gets absorbed into that amazing sponge that chrysler puts under the carpet.
