Default how do i take the knuckle off???

I would like to know how yo take the tie rod knuckle off?? Thanks.

Remove nut from TRE beat the **** out the ear that the end fits in as to not damage the end and that will loosen it and just pull it out

If your trying to remove knuckle itself you have to remove the tierod theres three 12 point 13mm bolts behind the wheel hub you have to remove the caliper and rotor theres a big 36 mm bolt in the center you dont have to remove it to remove the shaft once the 13 mm bolts are removed take a hammer and you mite have to beatthe wheel hub off then theres 2 bolts inside on the ball joints take those off the. The knuckle should come off

Ya I got all that off the the two bolts (one on bottom and one on top) holding the knuckle on are in the way for it to come off.

Is it stuck on there try hitting it off and why are you taking the knuckle off? New ball joints?

take the axle out, it wont drop down off the ball joints with it still in place.

I guess I Have to take the diff cover off? And undo some bolts?

Just pull the shaft out, it slides right out

If this is an XJ you are working on, it should just slide right out. Every time I've pulled D30 shafts they never needed any coaxing.

Ya its an XJ. The shaft ain't wanting to come out. It wills come out about an inch then stop.
