Contact Programbo here on Cherokee Forum and get a set of refurbished "746 Volvo Injectors".

I need to do that myself. I gather you bring it to pressure with the gauge hooked up, then clamp off the flex line to the rear of the rail, turn it off. If it then holds, it was only the check valve in the pump. Does that sound right?

I would have to dig up the fuel pressure diagnostics. Pretty close.

Unfortunately, it's built into the pump.
