slave cylinder repacement

Before I start and possibly screw it up. Is there a nything I have to do particular about removing the retaining pin. Looks like it just pulls out. Does the new one just push right in?

Correct..Lower left portion has a reataining washer looking thing just pops right out with a little convincing

and itll come right off that shaft.

that is on internaly mounted units..

I need t replace the pin to though. Does it pull straight out? Does new pin just pop in?

Yes I had to use a pair of needle nose on mine.. new part should come with new rataining nut. but im not sure ..But yes new one will just pop right in..
