Default Skid plates

ok my cherokee is still at stock height and i found out yesterday that my brother took my jeep out and went mudding. he got back and i found mud in the O2 sensor and transmission. should i get a engine tranny skid plate. im planning on lifting 3" RC with lower control arm and sawy bar drop brackets, oh yeah with rear springs to when i get some money. it 2wd by the way

IN the O2 and trans???? i don't follow but i will tell you this: if you are a mud bogger mud will be everywhere and nothing can save it skid plates will just collect mud..skids only protect from rocks and stumps on the trails

transfer skid is a good idea. tranny skid is good too. if yer gona do a lot of wheelin you want em.

but if you lift a front skid may cause steering probs

A gas tank skid is a good idea if you offroad much
