Default shocks?

I have coil springs ,spacers, leaf springs, and shackles that will get me to about 4 inches what stuff do I need to make it complete? I know I need shocks but I don't know what kind to get I don't have alot of money so I would like to get some good ones but don't want to spend over $150 if I can help it. Do I need longer break lines?

its a home made lift with grand cherokee front coils and 3 inch spacers then I took chevy s10 leaf springs and attached them to my main leaf and added 2 inch shackles onto it so its about 4 maybe alittle more and I just didn't know what kind of stuff I needed to get before I start taking the stock stuff off my jeep

4 inches is close to the cutoff point where alot of guys go for longer adjustable trackbars, or even trackbar relocation kits. all in an effort to improve steering. with anything over the 3 inch range, your probably gonna want to put in longer lower control arms to the front axle, as well as upgrade your steering stablilizer.

gotta control that death wobble.

with 3.5 inches in mine, i was able to just go with an OME steering stabilizer with the stock lower control arms. drives great now.

This will tell you what length control arms you need for what amount of lift..

You will want an adjustable track bar, extended brake lines as well. The reason for the track bar is to make sure the draglink and track bar remain parallel. Long lower control arms will keep the axle where it should be. Extened rear brake line is a must for flex and either longer or relocated brakes lines up front for the same reason. You do not want to be flexing and rip out a brake line that would not be fun.

As for shocks well you won't get much for $150 to be perfectly honest. Check out rough country, rustys, skyjacker and such for the lower end shocks in your price range.
