Just replaced motor mounts from brown dog- torqued to 48 pounds 2 weeks ago and trans mount few months ago.
The motor aint moving under load and old motor mount had a crack on the passenger side.
Im getting a real bad vibration or shaking though the exhaust since i changed the mounts.
Exhaust has a walker cat and a flowmaster 40.
Is there a possiblility motor is not aligned properly on why its shaking or should i just put a flexi pipe in?

Check for clearances around the exhaust pathway. Things may have been facelifted and now contacting. Its not unusual to have somewhat more 'vibration' feeling, since your shot mount(s) have been replaced with solids,

Ok...i loosened the motor mounts and played around with them ...no difference. I then checked the transmission mount and noticed the TC side is crushed slightly compared to the trans side. I didnt loosen the trans mount as per browndogs instructions...could it be the trans mount? This is doing my head in cuz there was little vibes with the broken factory ones

How much clearance is there between TC and skidplate?
Usually its a wise thing to replace the transmount together with engine mounts.
I would not start loosening mounts...they have a torque and cant be fastened too much from a vibration point of view. Thats why they have the rubber....(not talking about over-torqueing bolts/nuts here)

There is good clearance between the Skid plate and the TC - rubber in the mount is still new.
I pulled all mounts out and trans and started again.
Result - same - no change but I did notice on one side, the mount has a spacer on the outside of the rubber where as the other side does not - it is not locked in securely to the bracket because of this.
The other side (Battery side) is snug, fits perfectly and has two spacers, one on each end.
If you look at the picture, where the red arrow is pointing I am missing that spacer only one side - is there a reason Brown Dog did this or should they both have the spacer on both sides?
