Default Senor issues/Running like crap

I have a 1999 Cherokee that has recently started running like complete crap after going through some deep water. It has a rough idle, problems starting, stalls out, and isn't shifting correctly. From my research I think its the tps and possibility the iac but I would like to get advice before I waste any money. I have cleaned the iac and throttle body with no change. (and yes I know your suppose to buy mopar sensors).

Check Engine light codes
P0121---Throttle Position Sensor Doe Not Agree With Map
p0122---Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
p0700---Automatic Transmission System Malfunction Detected
p0505---Idle Air Control Motor Circuit Malfunction
p0740---Torque Converter Clutch-No RPM drop at Lock up

Thanks

Ive heard of some simply having issues of getting water in connections to sensors when they grt fully submerged under water and that water sits in there and can cause corrosion, i would check all the connections and verify that everything is dry and clean and clear out the DTCs and see where you stand...wont hurt to check and no real cost, some dielectric grease can also help future connection issues

If you wet the electrical components(plugs, distributor, sensors etc), you need to spend some time going through them and drying everything out. Start at the top and work down, unplug connectors, blow them out with compressed air, switch cleaner etc. don't assume it's dry because the water was lower, assume it's all wet and refresh everything.

The throttle position sensor hates water.

If you have no luck with drying out the connectors as Cheddarnut suggested, I think it's time for a new TPS. Then clear codes and see if and what codes return.

And you already know where to buy your TPS!

All the above applies and check all the grounds also, how deep was this water past hood?

The connections are completely dry with no corrosion and still no luck. and the water wasn't above the hood but it was pretty close.
