well that link had some usefull information
reading doesnt make you an ignorant,so for those who did read the comments on the porsche forum, are more happy, like me...i got some ford injector that had the c-clip groove and istalled them in 20 minutes, and let me tell you it does feel, and sound better, than before, and the best deal was they were free,i work at 2 auto repair shop's and got few of them for my self and my uncles that have XJ's also, now we all got a great deal thanks to me for reading on the porsche forum some tips thatcame in handy with wanting to preserve the stock look but the performance of the ford injectors.

Absolutely correct. But I don't have the time, honestly, to read through all that stuff about Porsches (which I happen to like) and NOT find the correct part number or where they can be had or how much, etc., etc.
If you've read and digested the information - and understand it well enough to use - then a post that "nets it down" for the XJ crowd is ideal. I, for one, would change out my injectors...but I've read sooo much BS on the subject and so little hard, no-BS factual-heres-the-part-number content that I won't waste time on that mod. I just don't have time to spend on experimentation. I'd love to do the mod...but just once...and be done with it.
