sagging doors?

Hey guys it seems that the doors on my 94 xj sport are sagging a bit one so bad that it wont shut all the way and needs some help. My question is how can i get them to stop? Do i need to just put in new pins and bushings or what?

Get some door hinges of a rig that doors arent saggy and switch em out with yours

is it the hinges or just the componets in the hinges?
