Since you've put a new IAC in, try doing the "poor man's prime" as described by TJ in my thread. That is assuming you can hear your fuel pump come on when you turn the key... if you can't hear your fuel pump prime for a second or two when you turn the key then definitely start there. I got a fuel pressure test kit for pretty cheap and it was a huge help. Link's in my post.

Even if the fuel pump primes it can still be on its way out. I was having identical problems several months ago and the fuel pump primed fine so I eliminated it as the problem. After replacing coil, distributor, pcm, CPS, O2 sensor, and spark plugs I decided to spray some starting fluid in the TB- needless to say it fired right up, tested the fuel pressure and it was barely pushing 4 psi at startup. Put a new fuel pump in and runs like a charm

 

^Check fuel rail pressure, could be a bad Fuel Pressure Regulator.
