Round two of problems, with video this time
So, I started the "I died in the middle of the road" (all humorous interpretations of the thread were intended). I got some awesome advice from the folks that contributed in the thread and on their advice I changed the CPS sensor and changed the fuel pump and filter with tons of help from everyone that pitched in.
Sadly, none of the changes fixed the problem. The Jeep is doing the same thing. I've attached a video to give you an idea of what is going on and if anyone has any idea what is going on, I will be more than willing to try to fix it.
In case you didn't read the other thread, I was having some intermittent starting problems that started Friday afternoon. I started the Jeep 4 times and 3 of the times it hesitated and stalled like it does in the video. After the 4th time of it starting, while driving, it completely stalled out and died while I was driving down the road. Without further ado, the video.

Unfortunately, it does it all the time. There just isn't a lot of gas in there because I just changed the fuel pump. I know the amount of fuel isn't an issue because it was doing the same thing when I had a full tank that I pumped out before I changed the pump.

I may seem like an idiot for not doing that before, but no. I just assumed my fuel pump went bad because it had been making a loud noise upon acceleration and was now not making any noise even when the key was turned. Do you have a link or an explanation on how to do that?

just follow you ground wires like from your battery to engine and body and stuff and make sure they are all tight and i doubt it is the voltage b/c its trying to start but while your checking the ground might as well but need a voltage meter for that

Oh, the ground from the battery. Okay, I'll check that. I thought there was a specific ground from the fuel pump that I needed to check.

FIXED!
The relay was bad. Actually 2 relays were bad. Before I changed the fuel pump, I checked the relay by swapping the relay with a neighboring one and it didn't start so I figured it wasn't the relay but the pump. I just went out and swapped it with another relay and sure enough it fired right up. So, I'm out to the parts store to pick up 2 relays.
Thanks kohlers89XJ for your help.
