RockCrusher 8.25 Diff Cover
I recently purchased one of the Rock Crusher C8.25 Differential covers from JeepinOutfitters. I dont know if maybe somebody screwed up but I didnt get any instructions, sillicone or sticker. I just tried to called both Jeepin Outfitters, and Rock Crusher, but clearly nobody is there.
I am trying to figure out how much fluid needs to be put in. I know the Rock Crusher diffs do hold more then stock and I don't feel like having to guess again like how I did with the Solid Dana 30 cover. If anybody knows how much Id really be thankful for that bit of information. Thanks alot guys.

I know I put 1.7 quarts in the front with the Solid axle cover. I also put 75-140 full synthetic in the front, thats fine right? It should be like 2.2 quarts in the rear then because haynes says 4.8 pints.

The fill plug is higher up for a reason. So you can add more oil in there to help keep things lubed. My Solid Axle covers look almost identical to Rockcrusher and the directions say to fill till oils comes out the fill hole.

The fill plug is higher to compensate for changing your pinion angle. Using the stock cover would prevent the pinion bearing fron getting enough oil.
