Guys, I have would could be a rookie question but I've never done too much electrically so I'll ask away. So my reverse lights haven't been working for some time now and it's driving me nuts. They work every now and again but it super random. My question is what should I be checking to get this problem figured out. Thanks in advance guys!

There's a cute little switch that controls them when you put it in reverse
First try this, turn the key on, move the lever back and forth through the full range of gears a couple of times. See if the lights work now.
If not, in the Auto trans the reverse light switch is built into the NSS, replace that and you should be set.
Link to clean/test the old one:

Little Tip:
Pull it out straight, a lot of people try to turn/angle it during removal and damage it.
