Default Replaced Windshield Washer pumps

I replaced both Windshield washer pumps today and I still do not have any Water going to my windows. What could I check next. The front has a switch on the Turn signal and the rear has a switch on the dash. Are these independent lines?

Anyone have a diagram of the fuse box on this 90 Cherokee? Maybe I have a blown fuse. I left my Haynes at home and I am out of town.

Found the Diagram in the Owners Manual. Apparently there is a 4.8 amp fuse for the front. None of my local parts stores carried it of course, so I guess it is off to the Dealer.

When you hit the switch (either one) do you hear the pump activate if not have you checked for 12V at the connector?
I'm not buying the 4.8 A fuse thing.

I am out of town so I do not have my meter with me to check if I am getting power to the pumps. When I engage the washers pump at the switch for front wiper or the rear wiper I do not here the pumps being activated. The rear wiper does not work so I think the wiper motor is bad on that one. The front wipers work I just do not have a washer working.

When I pull the 4.8 amp circuit breaker I get no power to the Front Wiper. When I put the Breaker back in I get power to the wiper, at least they turn and go back and forth, but It does not sound as if the washer pump is being activated. I need to test with a meter to see if I get power at the end of my wires. Do these wires come directly from the switch or do they connect somewhere else after the switch in the engine compartment.
