Ok... here I go. I replaced a head with a rebuilt from Odessa Cylinder Heads AKA: Clearwater. I went step by step using correct torque on every bold, nut, and screw. I have all my vacuum lines hooked up and as far as I can see all my electrical is good and in place where it should be.
The first time I go to crank the motor after completing the job I notice I didn't have any fuel going to the fuel rail. After some looking around I noticed I pinched the plastic flex line right at the firewall. Fixed that I got fuel.
The next time. I noticed I'm not getting spark. I have a spark tester with a good ground and not getting any spark at any plug... I check the coil and no spark there.
I'm lost and don't have a clue what went wrong. I cranks good got fuel but no spark.

Also the dis cap, rotor, plugs, wires, temp sensor, thermostat, fuel filter, air filter all have less that 1k on them.

That was it... Thanks. I found that I had loosen a nut on a ground stud at the dip stick that I didn't need too. It has the ground wire for the ignition coil on that stud.
Runs like a champ!
A+++ for Odessa Cylinder Head AKA Clearwater Cylinder Head
