What's the easiest way to replace an idler pulley on a 89 XJ with AC and power steering?

Loosen the serpitine belt at the power steering and replace the idler pulley, then reverse everything, tighten the belt to where you have about a 1/4 to 1/2" deflection on the belt when you push down on it. Make sure you have a diagram, either under the hood or a manual so you know how the belt is routed.
