no its not, i dropped it down when the wheels were off as far as it could go and it stopped before the lines were tight, and when i did that the u bolts were off so its not the packs either.. so im assuming in the back its the shocks, do i need to do something to adjust for that?? I cant think of why it would do that because the shocks were made for a 3in lift, the only thing i can come up with is maybe the pre 97 shocks are smaller because i bought my lift from a guy with a 91...

you can't adjust that the only thing you can do is get longer shocks. Are you sure those are even the right shocks, you should call the manufacturer in the morning with the numbers off the shocks, that will tell you for sure.

Ok, ill do both those things, what about the front? is it usaully just the combo of the lcas, ucas, and trackbar that restrain enough to eventually stop the droop? or should could it bbe the shocks up there too? i geuss if i know the amount of shock travel then i will be able to figure that out...

You want to make sure the shocks are not to long as well. I fab up new shoick mounts and relocated them up on the axle tube to gain more droop and ground clearance. The problem was that it moved them up to far and they were to long. A rush job on the welding created weak points and coming down hard on the suspension off of rocks made the shocks bottom out. I bent both shocks and ripped one of the mounts off.
