So I'm confused, there's the little T splitter with the little valve thing in it. I just do away with that and hook the hose from the heater core to the engine hose? Do you have a picture? I just broke my damn splitter just now and I'm sick of it, I'm done messin with it!

So this is the splitter that broke. I do away with this? And what does the valve do exactly?

its the heater control valve get rid of it and plug the vacuum line to it,new heater hoses from motor to heater core

cap it plug it just stop the vacuum from coming out the end thats all

I am about to order the inline filler from Jegs .... What PSI radiator cap works for us (1990)?
And just to make sure, because my rig is not here with me now, what is the size of the upper rad tube?

They are different sized before the T splitters and after. But I used 5/8 and it fit perfect on ome end and tight on the other. 5/8 should do fine

just get a radiator cap for a 91 youll be fine what ever factory calls for
