Freegdr- I did the same thing to my 89, best upgrade for the price. I didn't bother hooking up the sensor because I didn't want to change the thermostat housing. I just hooked it to a switch. I used the factory overflow from a 94 Cherokee instead of buying one. Also next time you post a message give punctuation a try. It was kinda p.i.t.a. to read your first post.
If you're gonna be like that, I'll just save you the trouble.

Realize that COSXJFAN is the mod for this section of the forum, and if you plan on staying around here you should heed what he says. I was only giving a friendly reminder, I can be blunt about it next time.

This is fabrication, one must retro fit the new radiator brackets, the old pressure bottle lines, and sensor. It is replacing a system on the truck with one that was not originally there, thus fabrication.
And holy run on sentence batman in post 1! Lmao. But I dig it. Infact, Freegdr I hate to burst your bubble, but I'm doing this swap this weekend, for 1/3rd the price.
Found a '94, that had received a brand new radiator right before it went to the junkyard. My entire open system conversion = $38.
Good write up!

I'm not going to get into to it. What you did is a retro-fit or a modification. No different than me putting a 99 8.25 and e-brake system in to my 91XJ. Fabrication at its core is taking basic materials(tubing, steel plate, etc) and creating something out of it.
Its definitely a great upgrade, and seriously I have a ton of respect for you for figuring it out. however it is border-line in the wrong section of the forum.
