Default Renix heat and a/c problem

Hey I recently bought a 87 cherokee chief 4.0 manual.
When I got it there is no air coming through any of the vents(hot or cold) doesn't matter what settings it's at it doesn't blow air.
What do I check first? I tried some searching with no exact answer. I'm sure it's simple but have never had a renix before

Is it all going out the defroster vents?

If so, you have no vacuum to your heater control.

I have zero air. Any air that creeps through when it's on "vent" is somewhat cool.

If that was the issue, he would still have High blower operation but no others.

OP, you need to see if there's power at the blower motor. Got a test light or meter?
