Hey guys, update!
So today I was fiddling with things more and realized that the throttle stop screw wasn't quite touching the stop. I went into Cruisers tips and adjusted it so there was about a .03 gap when fully shut. It now starts on the second revolution and stays running!!!
The idle seems a bit high, I am going to continue with replacing the low voltage CPS tomorrow, and the Injectors on Friday and will update from there.
I imagine the last person adjusted things while there was carbon build up in the TB, and that the carbon build up was allowing a bit of a gap in areas and some air-flow? Anyhow, adjusting this from being completely shut to a .03 gap resolved the hard start/dying issues.
