Consider your vent line might be clogged, if so that will cause the pressure to drop as the fuel pump fights vacuum in the tank. a simple test is to run with the gas cap loose so as to allow it to act as the vent. if problem ceases with loose cap, then that points to a vent clog. had it happen to one of my cars. spider nest in the vent !
