Renix Fan Switch Resistance numbers
Does anyone have the following resistance numbers/readings for the fan switch ( chrysler part # 3200 1846)
I need the readings for the switch at Cold and at temperature (when it is supposed to complete the circuit)
I can't seem to find these anywhere
Thanks

Isn't that switch just on or off? Looks like you need the temps at which it switches since resistance will either be 0 or Open (inf). I guess that's what you mean by "readings" now that I re-read your post?

Yes the switch is either open or closed (closed as in completing the circuit)
When cold the switch is open and will read a particular resistance in ohms, as the switch warms up/temperature increases the resistance decreases. Once the switch hits the target temperature the switch will close and the resistance that you can read in ohms will be significantly less than at the cold temperature.
I already know the temps, I need the resistance readings so I can diagnose whether or not my radiator has a flow problem/restriction instead of wasting $30 on a new switch if it's not the problem. The relay is good it has already been tested.
