Angry Power seat motor!

Hey guys, I beleive the motor for my power seat went out, checked to see if there was any power going to it and got nothing. I have to move the seat back as I can barely fit in the car lol, so I was wondering if anyone else has had this sort of issue and did anything to bypass the motor to move the seat. Once I move the seat once, I wont have to move it again so I would really like to avoid buying a new motor. Any information is appreciated! Thanks CF!

If you just unbolt the seat from the Jeep and then unbolt the motor you'll be able to slide it manually.

Alternatively, you can just go to the junk yard and get a beefy set of working seat motors from a Grand Cherokee for $10...

Well, if there's no power going to them, it's not the motor. Circuit breaker, as mentioned already, or the wiring/connectors between the seat and fusebox. Replacing the motor is gonna do nothing to solve your issue.

Awesome guys, thank you so much! Im gonna check out the circuit breaker in the morning. I just bought a book, so hopefully I'll be able to find it! (a newbie when it comes to this auto mechanic thing)

Default Fuse location for Power seats

I've recently had both seats stop working which makes me believe it is a fuse/wiring issue.

Despite some research, I still can't determine where the fuse is for the power seats. It doesn't appear to be in the fuse box based on the labels. I've read somewhere that it is hidden under the seat somewhere but I was hoping to have someone verify the location.

I'd greatly appreciate it - my seat is also in girl mode and very very close to the steering wheel.
