Default Renix Cooling and AC Question

I came out of the store today to find this. I popped my hood to check it out, I couldn't see anything, and a guy told me that it's normal for a hot day like today when the AC is being used and abused. I didn't think that applied to the Renix's closed system so here I am. Is it normal for coolant to drip when the AC has been cranked on a hot (90F) day? Or am I looking at a new cooling component?

Could be leaking from water pump and trailing down the lower hose or the massive plumbing to the heater core or radiator.
Gotta look underneath or really study it from on top.

I just went out to check it out and it's pouring rain. I'll check tomorrow. I have my parts jeep with a fairly new radiator.

Definitely not. I dealt with this crap on my 89 but AFTER I had put it off and had a vehicle reeking of coolant... Not again.

It stopped raining. I grabbed my flashlight to look at the tank seams and they seem fine... Is it possible that the draincock has a bad seal?

the petcock could be leaking, but you should be able to find some residue somewhere. or go buy a cheap pressure tester and see what happens

Any place/area that is in contact with coolant can leak.

I was able to tighten the draincock a half turn or so. I'll check it when I get to work tomorrow.
