But, someone needs to look at the underside of your Jeep. If you don't possess the skills to do so, have a professional inspect it for you.
It ain't gonna get fixed with a keyboard and monitor.......

Many times we have threads go on forever with guessing about issues when they need to be visually inspected.
This is a potential safety issue and I wanted to be sure you understood the need for inspection as soon as possible.

Shackles are probably rotted and broken. Happens to my stock ones, could never figure out why one tire looked off, and there was a clunk when I turned...until I dd my lift and the shackles fell apart. lol
It has relocated shackles. And I believe the leaf springs are from something different from than a jeep
