Looks funny. Like some one else said the e brake bar thing seems missing and that silver piece looks like its in wrong. And the little spring that goes behind the silver piece on that pin that you have to put in looks missing too.
Idk this is why I always take a lower and upper picture of my brakes before I tear apart. So I have something to look at that isn't backwards(other side) that is a good reference. Goodluck tho

They aren't very different. The only real difference is the self-adjusting ratchet. On the 9" brakes it attaches using a pin on the leading brake shoe while on the 10" it slips into the hole where the pin goes on the 9".

Regardless, your self-adjuster isn't installed correctly or it's not the right one. As you can tell from the link you posted, it should sit flush against the brake shoe, not float around in open air, supported only by the attachment hook. You haven't said what parts are "falling off" yet. Is it that self-adjuster ratchet? If so, I would confirm you're using the correct part and that it's installed correctly. It's difficult to tell what's going on from your vague description and blurry picture, sorry.

the self adjuster for 10 inch drums is a dealer part only.
The one you got is more than likely one for a 9 inch drum.
Trust me I would know because I needed a new one.
If a parts store is telling you they have it, its probably the wrong one.
I checked 3 different stores before I had to go to the dealer.
