Default Rear Brakes

I have a 99 jeep cherokee with ABS. When the brake pedal is pressed, the driver side rear brake does not engage. I can easily rotate the wheel.
The passenger side has some resistance but the wheel can be turned.
When the bleeder is opened on the driver side and the pedal is pressed, I get fluid with no sign of air.
I replaced the master cylinder, No change.

Anyone out there ever experience anything like this?
Opinions:
Combination valve or ABS unit?

Any insight will be appreciated.

Sounds like the pads are shot in the rear or the rear pads needs adjusting

I will check them again. They are adjusted to the point you can not easily remove the drum without backing out the adjustment.

Well, that doesn't necessarily mean they are adjusted properly.. It could just mean that the drums have enough wear from the shoes to cause a ridge to form on them. This prevents the drum coming off easily even when the adjuster has been loosened. The drums should be turned to remove that ridge if they are within specs. If not, you'll need to replace them. When you adjust the rears, open the adjuster just enough to allow the drums to slip on. Once they're on, install the wheel and lug nuts. Then step on the pedal a couple times to make sure they're centered. Now try to spin the wheel by hand. It should drag just enough to stop the rotation when you stop spinning on it. After driving a few miles, recheck the adjustment again.

I check the adj on the rear brakes today. Everything looked good.
Still no rear brakes. e-brake works fine.
When the combination valve trips, is not there a like that comes on?
I do not have any such light being displayed.

If the other side works fine then it is either a stuck wheel cylinder (kind of rare to happen), a poorly adjusted adjuster (if the drum has a lip on the egde it can make adjusting more difficult, or there is some air in the line(try bleeding it with another persons help)

ABS will not be related to this issue

When I say the passenger side works, I mean it has some resistance. With the brake pedal full on, I can easily rotate the tire. The driver side has no drag on it at all.
The e-brake will lock the tires at will.
Tomorrow I will break down the driver side brake and have a look at the wheel cyl.
