So whenever I am stopped at a red light, etc, and drive off, it feels as if my right rear brake is "sticking". As I drive, you can hear a slight noise, and it feels a bit like the E-brake is on (but it's not) and then it releases.
Any suggestions?

some brake shops offer free brake inspections or if you're feeling frisky you can look yourself with this guide:

I had this happen and my symptoms were similar to the ones that you describe. The unhinged spring was actually visible when looking closely at the rear drums, but was easy to miss at a glance. I only noticed it when comparing back and forth between the 2 rear brake assemblies, looking for differences.
