Rear brake pulsation

Rear brake pulsation
I just got my 2000 Cherokee and I am experiencing a terrible brake pulsation from the rear. I have replaced the drums and shoes and it is still present. I know it from the rear because when I apply the parking brake at low speeds it is present. Before I go through and replace the hardware and cylinders are there any known problems with the rears?
