Default RE adj. track bar ?

I am trying to put my lift on tomorrow and made an attempt at the RE adj. track bar. My question is do you have to drill the hole out to 5/8(bolt size) or am I missing something? I bought it used so dont have the directions. Also how do the misaliagnment caps go on? Thanks in advance for feedback.

Misalignment washers go on with the taper in toward the Hiem joint one each side. And yes you have to drill out the frame side bracket, and it's either 9/16's or 5/8's start with the small drill bit and than check if it still don't fit go to the next size. You do that so you don't end up with a over sized hole...

You will have to drill the hole on the frame mount end to 5/8.. If you need directions head over to rubiconexpress.com and you can snag the directions from there as well..

It took 5 hours with some breaks in between. I will post pics tomorrow after work. Now I just need the bigger tires.
