FInd ya a mom and pop radio shop and they usually only charge 50 bucks for an install. Then you don't have to worry about it. I do almost all my maintenance but when it comes to the radio and all the wires and trying to keep it seculey mounted I will pay lol.

4 philips head screws on the black cover piece.. two screws above the gauges one above the lighter and one above the light switch.. pull the cover off..2 screws on the side of the radio.. then its free but you have to unplug the connector and the antenna wire
IT is sooooo easy man. just pull your center console out and it is pretty much self explanatory. Buy an install kit from Wal_Mart. plug and play. Cost ya like 20 or so. a stereo shop will be like 50 plus however much for there kit. It usually costs like 80 or so. insane really. though most will install for free if bought there.

Easy as pie. I got a wire addaptor from crutchfield with mine. It plugged into the factory plug and had easy to follow direction to wire it to the new stereo's wiring harness. Took me all of 20 mins to install and works just fine.

Hey, let me know when you ever have a radio to install. I can't do a lot, but radio installs are one of my favorite things to do.

I recently installed mine and it easy. Only bought the harness adapter.
Used the stock metal mounting bracket but it was a little wide so I modified it to fit and it hasnt fallen out yet (knocks on wood).
The hardest part is tucking all the damn wires in when your trying to slide the radio back. Not a lot of room back there.

its really really self explanatory once u get in there. i was worried about doin mine so i pulled it into my shop just to take a look and see how tough it would be to pull the old one out (let alone install the new one) and about 45 mins later i had my new Alpine installed and pumpin.
just get the install kit from Wal Mart that was mentioned above and you'll be good to go.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal to
prevent an accidental short circuit. Unsnap
the steering column trim panel and remove.
Remove (4) screws from the dash trim bezel
and remove the bezel. Remove (2) screws
securing the factory head unit and
disconnect the wiring.
I think there's a couple around the cluster as well.
