Does the 95 cherokee xj 4.0l i6 stock radio have a stock amp?

Not a separate one, no. It does have a small amp in the radio itself of course, to power the speakers. They did have special sound system packages though, and some of those came with separate amps if I recall correctly. But the basic radio one didn't.

i was wondering cause the radio turns on but the doesn't work and I've seen on here that's usually related to the amp.... But Mine has none...

The amp built into the radio could have failed. Or all of the speakers might be failed.

4 speakers don't tend to blow/short at same time.

My 97 XJ had a separate amp under the back seats, I don't know if this was an optional feature or not, it was an infinity or something like that, there was no place to attach a sub wire so I ended up replacing it.

Some Cherokees and Grand Cherokees had the upgraded Infinity system which included an improved radio, amp and speakers.
