I need a good set of black steel wheels for my 2000 XJ and I was wondering what's the best quality brand for the least money. I'm not going crazy offroad, just a DD and maybe a little trail fun once in a while. My recent purchase has 3 rusty steel spoked wheels and one aluminum one on it. It needs tires as well, but I know what I want for those. Suggestions please.

I run the Trailmasters soft 8s now, as said, $40 a pop, got em on Amazon with 2 day shipping.
For some reason I can't upload photos, so let's try this, haha

They are all pretty similar, all made in china.
I like the D window style wheels. My pro-comps have been fine for like 7+ years
These are cheap, plus free shipping!

Thank you guys. I've always said if you want the best information, go to the people with experience and ask several. I thank you for the heads-up and those wheels are what I've already looked at. Good to know you trust them.
Now the question is the stock wheels are supposedly 7" and I would assume they'd be 0 offset or 3.5" backspacing, correct? I've only owned 2 jeeps with stock wheels and never had to worry about the backspacing so unless I actually take one off and measure it, which I will, I'd think 3.75" would be fine. My plan was to run 235/75R15's with no lift for the present. Remember even though I'm a veteran jeeper with a WJ, I'm a novice when it comes to XJ's. The only serious off-roading I've done was with an 87 Chevy Scotsdale trying to follow a Wrangler and realizing I was outclassed! On a hunting trip I had trouble fitting between trees! LOL!

i was looking for a matching spare rim with 3.75 backspace and this trailmaster is just perfect for this for a fair price, thanks

Thank you EZEARL! No, I don't intend to go crazy with this XJ because it's merely a back-up DD and I don't have enough of a budget to afford a toy, at least not now. I'm staring at a cracked piston in my 2000 WJ so I need a vehicle while she's in the hospital so to speak! At 243K, she's due a total rebuild. For the first 12 years of her life she was a pampered garage queen in southern PA and had zero rust. The XJ was a northern NY car and shows it! Still solid but rusty. She'll most likely get 235/75R15 Cooper Discoverer AT3's. If I want to REALLY cheap out, it only needs one stock steel wheel. Someone put an aluminum one on it.
5.25 BS is stock? Okay. I forgot about placing the centerline over the hub bearings.

To bad your not close by. I have a couple in the garage.
Since I'm going no larger than 235's I bought 15x7's w/4.25" b/s (4" will do). Both sizes keep the tires just outside the stock flares. FOR ME 8" rims bulged the 235 sidewalls out more than I liked.

Now that's funny! 2 of my fender flares are in the cargo area and the other 2 are loose! My thought for the moment was to take the 2 off and spray the rust with some paint just to slow it down. Your's sure looks nice! Mine is a lighter green. I think the build sheet says Fern Green. You know my WJ is zebra striped, right? How about a 3-color camo job in this? Now that I look at the picture those are 5 window wheels.
