radio
Radio plug keeps melting and causing interior lights to flicker or go out Idk what's going on please need help!!

you have a short somewhere in your factory harness. (If that is what you used) Run your pos. power lead from radio straight to the fuse box. With an inline fuse. And neg. power lead from radio straight to ground. If it is after market head unit, Yellow to battery, Red to fuse box, Black to a good ground. I never use the factory harness, And run my own new wires. That way I know what I have. And should a problem arise I know where to look. JMO!

Test both power wires for continuity to ground and the same for the ground wire.
You need to fix this before you burn your whole Jeep to the ground.

He needs to fix the problem, not rig some junk up around it.

Think i might know what your problem is, was installing my deck and speakers last night, come to find out, if your butt connectors randomly touch with key on, dash lights flickers, fuses get blown. wrap all your butt connectors with electrical tape to make sure they aren't touching, and go from there
