check for any pin holes in the radiator hoses and radiator. also that heater valve thing by the bottle and firewall leaks often and is a useless pos.
I wouldnt jump to a hg so fast unless its really bad and overheating.

consider replacing your closed cooling system with an open one like newer Cherokees. There are many write-ups on how to do this, and it's fairly easy.

It can be as simple as buying and splicing in a pipe with a T and radiator cap/overflow bottle nipple and replacing the factory overflow bottle with a newer style.
You can get the parts for less than $40 if you really try.
I know this because I'm in the process of doing it myself.

It doesn't overheat at all it just seems
Like the cap is busted or something but I just replaced it. But who knows maybe it's broken again. But what explains the bubbling I'n the tank?

Get overflow bottle. Get tubing to run from "T" to bottle. Get "T". Get hose clamps. Probably 6 in various sizes, for rad hose, old coolant hoses, and overflow bottle tube.
Cut upper radiator hose and insert "T" making sure the cap is at the highest point. Rid yourself of factory bottle, shorten ends and hook together making sure they are no longer the highest part of your cooling system.
Place overflow bottle in a safe location.
Run new overflow tube from nipple in the "T" to the new overflow bottle.
Refill any lost coolant and burp system.
And do yourself a favor. Look up "renix radiator upgrade standard shift" with this forum's search button. That is the exact thread title with the original write-up containing all the information and some pics.
Factory is 190*, most stick with that unless needed.

But if I blew my headgasket wouldn't my engine be over heating? I honestly think it's a bad cap but I'll look into it more
