Tuesday i was driving my jeep to work, it was really hot over here in L.A. almost 100 degrees i drive 20 miles to work. Anyway i was going uphill so the jeep started getting a little hot so when i started going downhill i decided to put it in neutral thinking it would cool down a bit, well it turned off. has this happened to any of you guys? I had done this before and this never happened. anything i should look at? i dont think ill be trying that again.

I know that when mine gets really hot it will vapor lock in the injectors and run like garbage, but has never died on me. Idle Air Control Valve maybe the problem. Did the check engine light come on when it died? How hot did it get?
