I have removed all the A/C stuff from my engine. Compressor, dryer strainer, coil, hoses all of it. The wiring is still there although. My question is, shouldn't my electric fan still come on at a certain temp? Where is the temp sensor? Is it the one on the radiatior?
If all else fails, what temp sensor could I wire it in to?

I don't know where is (or are) the temperature sensor (sending unit) in your 90's (renix?) , but here's the thread which may be helpful:

You may have one or two sensors.
Mine is '96 and I have Coolant Temperature Sensor in front (thermostat housing) , so it's somewhat diffrent system.
I've removed my AC system completely too and electric fan works just as it was (comes on when ever the temperature gets over the "middle 100" on the temperature gauge).
