pulsing exhaust on startup

Model: Cherokee (XJ)
Engine: 4.0l
pulsing exhaust on startup
when I start my jeep only on cold starts the exhaust makes a pulsing and the whole jeep almost shakes a bit then it goes away after 10 seconds and runs perfect. any idea what this might be?
