Need some exhaust pipe help

Need some exhaust pipe help
My exhaust pipe is banging the cross member and I can only raise it up about 1/8 of an inch if that much. Is there something I can get to put in between them to keep it from banging when I start the Jeep? Low budget at the moment.

Hanger is still good as far as I can tell. Its just down so low that its ridin the cross member. and when I start it the pipe bounces real bad and sounds like it gettin ready to fly off.

Weld the hanger lower on the exhaust so it sits higher? also check the bolts attaching the exhaust to the Manifold.
