Hello everyone,
So i got a little problem that i hoped yall would be able to help me out with
Took my jeep out for some light trail riding nothing crazy. the trails where muddy with puddles not that deep bout half that of the tires and they had some ice in them too. I went through one puddle not even that fast maybe a little more than a crawl and hit what im guessing was a rock pretty dang hard. got three feet out of the puddle and she cut off. tried starting her back up got nothing so we got out and checked to see if anything was knocked loose. couldnt find anything than realized we had a little water in the air box and filter was wet. but no water looked like it got into the intake. (not 100% sure) and possibly the distributer got wet but it didn't look like it. Forgot to mention that it turns over just does not fire up. It fired once and ran for about a minute than shut off. If ya got any ideas what might have happened or what to look for it be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

93's have a cap'n'rotor not a coil pack. If moisture gets in there, what your experiancing will happen. Take your cap off, it might be full of water/mud. That's what happened a few days ago to my friend's 94 when he got in too deep. Brake clean will clean it out throughly and dry instantly.

pull the spark plugs out and and crank it over. if there is water in the system it will come out.
and also take the cap/rotor off and spray it out with brake cleaner to make sure no water is in it
