Default Problems starting replaced starbay still nothing (no click)

I took my truck to a buddies house and stopping by the gas station prior. Upon trying to turn it over it groaned for a second then... nothing...
Had it towed home and replaced the starter with no progress, I was then told to replace the ignition switch and still nothing... I was told my a racing buddy that I should try and change the ground wire and place it in another part of the engine bay.
I also looked at the fuse box and noticed that maybe it could be the engine shut off relay? Or another relay?
HELP PLEASE GET ME BACK IN MY JEEP!

Whats a starbay?

Check the battery voltage. If its good, remove and clean the grounds. It may be a bad connection. How are the battery cables looking? Corrosion can wick along the wiring under the insulation and keep things from working properly. Sometimes, not at all. What year XJ?
