power door locks don't work

Model: Cherokee (XJ)
power door locks don't work
I tried searching for someone having a similar problem but to no avail. the lock switch only works when all the doors except the driver door is closed and it only works every once in a while. I'm thinking its a loose wire or a short, any common places where it could be damaged?
